I have always liked to detox and juice! It wasn't until recently that I stopped buying my favorite juices from local grocery stores and Juicers and started to do it on my own! Making juices is not only cost effective but it's also pretty calming. And anytime I am able to refocus my attention to something less demanding I am all for it!
No Juicer? No problem.
What you will need:
Blender (high powered preferred)
Fruit and Vegetable Cleaner
Fruits and or Vegetables of your choice amount varies depending upon desired portion.
Cheese Cloth or Nut Milk Bag (I found mine at Bed bath & Beyond for about $5.00)
2 large mixing bowls
Bottle or containers of your choice
My ingredients: Kale, Cucumbers, Water, Pineapples!
Make sure that the area you are using to prepare the juices is clean. Also prepare juices in a place that can be easily wiped cleaned. Wash your hands really good! I wash my hands twice for good measure! Especially since the cheese cloth will require some extra squeezing! Try your best to avoided touching any contaminated areas or surfaces while you are prepping the juices.
Clean and rinse off fruits and vegetables, chop up into medium size pieces and add about a handful to water inside blender. Allow the fruits and vegetables to fully blend until no chunks are visible.
Place cheese cloth inside large mixing bowl, pour blended fruits and vegetables from the blender into the cheese cloth. Gather the cheese cloth and squeeze until you have released all of the juice from the cheese cloth.
Remove the cheese cloth from the mixing bowl (some people save the pulp but I throw it out) Pour the juice from the bowl into a measuring cup and pour the juice from the measuring cup into the bottle or container of your choice and refrigerate! Repeat the above steps until all ingredients are gone!
Clean up any spilled juice right away! Some juices stain counter tops (I learned this the hard way) After the clean up you are all done!
Pretty simple right? I pair my juices with my meals all throughout my day! I also consume LOTS of water!

Cheers to healthy livin!
